MEET THE TEAM

Jeff Colasanti founded Paragon in 2014 and has over 20 years of experience getting projects off the ground, leading them to completion and executing on Owner’s visions. He received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. Jeff started out his career working for a General Contractor as a Project Manager on a multitude of projects. He went on to work for a 3rd generation developer as a Development Manager. The developers projects encompassed every phase of development, from land acquisition to lease up. Jeff is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Cody Miller joined Paragon as a Partner in 2015 and has more than 20 years of involvement in all facets of development. He first obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Since then, Cody has participated in the entire life cycle of various projects from a variety of different roles and perspectives. His early engineering background led to over a decade of high-level construction experience which then grew into his latest role with Paragon today. With real-world knowledge from the Design side, Construction side and Owner’s side Cody has crafted a unique skill set that brings value to every construction endeavor.

Charles Hall joined Paragon in 2020 and brings over 10 years of construction management experience to the team. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University. Charles previously worked for General Contractors in the South Florida market, working his way up from Intern to Senior Project Manager, and successfully completed projects in a variety of sectors including multifamily high-rise, hospitality, and sports venues. His experience, knowledge, and leadership skills make him an invaluable member of the team and an asset to all projects.
